Wow! What a fun weekend! Thursday evening after Phillip was done with his chorus practice, we headed up to Auburn for Bill and Helen's wedding weekend. The wedding festivities started for me with the Bridesmaids Luncheon on Friday morning at Terrecota Cafe in Auburn. The food was delicious and the flowers were beautiful! Following the luncheon, some of the bridesmaids went and got a manicure and pedicure. It was nice to relax and be pampered before the start of the weekend. The rehearsal and rehearsal dinner were very nice and very well planned. Best part of the day was seeing Phillip's face as he opened his groomsmen gift. The Auburn guys got footballs signed by Bo Jackson!! (We won't mention the "other" team....) :)
Saturday went very smoothly. Special thanks to my Mom and Dad for arriving in Auburn early in order to help Morgan and I with make-up. Pictures were over before we knew it and Helen was walking down the aisle!! The wedding was beautiful and Helen looked gorgeous! We had a great time at the reception and enjoyed spending time with all of our friends from Decatur. We feel honored Bill and Helen asked us to be apart of their special day! We love you guys very much and look forward to the Fall!
