Ok....so I'm at it again. Found this recipe on pinterest for a homemade laundry detergent. Best part, is its made for sensitive skin, so now Lee can use what we use. I love saving money! ;)
The blog where I got this from says that this particular recipe lasted her 9 months!!!! (and she apparently did 8 loads of laundry per week. 8?! Who does 8 loads of laundry per week.....)
These are the ingredients needed. All in all (including the dollar store purchases of the 2 containers to put it in...) we spent roughly $15.00.
I even got him on board to help! ;) This is seriously the easiest recipe. You literally mix all the powders, grate the soap, and there ya go!!
Grating the soap was the least fun part. Phillip did one, I did the other and we split the last! Haha!
It literally looked like grated cheese.....our dogs kept trying to eat it as it dropped to the floor.
