Christmas #2

We loaded up Saturday morning, December 23, and traveled over to Phillips families to celebrate Christmas with them in North Alabama. We had a great time! Saturday was spent at grandparents house with the entire family! Great memories were made and delicious food was consumed! :)

Lee had a great time opening presents and playing with a his cousins, aunts, uncles, ect.. About half way through the gift opening, we had a tiny meltdown....

Which was greeted with a "snack" bottle and a nap. After some re-energizing, we were good to go again!

Saturday night we had our smaller family Christmas with the in-laws. Sadly, I didn't get many pictures....Beau was so excited about his football! :)

Sunday we went to church and Phillip, his dad, cousin and sister all sang a couple songs together. They sounded wonderful!

We ate at a local diner diner for lunch. Lee passed out at the beginning on lunch and slept through most of it. He woke up just in time to try a bite of daddy's red velvet cheesecake!

Sunday afternoon/evening was spent preparing for The Stockton's annual Christmas Eve breakfast they host each year plus some last minute Christmas shopping.

We also got to see our friends, The Baggetts and swap gifts with them. We got Addie Ruth this wagon and Lee ended up playing with it most of the time. Guess we know what to get him for his birthday! :)

Monday morning was Christmas Eve breakfast and boy were there lots of people that came! We had a great time with friends and family!

After all the company left, and before church Christmas Eve and more family time at Karens, Phillip and I decided to take Lee on a walk to the park. He LOVED the swings!!!

That evening we went to church and then to dinner at aunt Karen's! Delicious lasagna from Olive Garden was on the menu. Mmmmm!! Sadly I didn't get many pictures there either, but did capture a couple of Phillip and Duncan. They instituted "tacky" Christmas at Karen's from here on out. I'm game next year....can't wait! They were obviously being a little "silly" during this photo! :)

And we couldn't go without mentioning the newest addition to the fam, Ms. Sadie!! Sweet girl!

Well that wrapped up Christmas in North Alabama.....phew! Crazy, wild, but so much fun?? Umm yes.
