After Katie, Wes, and Beau left on Friday morning, we spent the day running errands and getting ready for Phillip to move to Tallahassee for 6 weeks. For those of you who don’t know, he is attending FSU during the summer for three semesters to obtain his Master’s in Choral Music Education. We left for Tallahassee Saturday afternoon with 2 cars full! He is subleasing an apartment from a guy that we know through our church in Jacksonville. Before I left on Sunday afternoon, we made a trip to Cosco and Wal-Mart to make sure he was all stocked up with food and snacks to last at least a few weeks! It’s not fun being in two different towns, but the time truly flies by. Thankfully, only being 2 ½ hours away, we get to see each other every weekend. There are people in his program from all over the Eastern half of the US and some won't see their families at all during the 6 weeks....it makes us very thankful for our weekend visits!
