My sister and her kids came down for a visit this past weekend. It was their last hoo-ray before they start school in a couple weeks.
The kids loved holding, feeding, and playing with Lee! Lexi was definitely the most interested of all three of them though.
We did all sorts of things while they were here. Friday i had to work, but i got a nice surprise after lunch!
Saturday we spent the morning out at the lake! We had a blast swimming and splashing around.
Saturday afternoon, as lee went down for a nap. The girls + Triston, all loaded up and went to the city pool for a swim. It was actually pretty nice! We weren't sure what to expect as Phillip and I have never been, but we had a great time. The kids loved it!
Saturday night, we had a little surprise birthday party for Lexi and Ashley. I hate that we can't get over for more birthday parties, so this definitely made up for it. Happy birthday, Lexi and Ash!
Every night while Lee took his night time bottle, Lexi read him his story. She did such a great job! She would read each page and then lift the book up for lee to see the pictures. He would smile and stare straight at her as she read. It was so sweet!
Sunday, Phillip headed out for church and we got dressed and hung out for a bit. Lee decided he would wake the kids up!
When Phillip got home, we loaded up and went to take some pictures that mom had been requesting all weekend! Now that Lee is a bit older, mom wanted some good family pictures of the kids. So off to the Grove we went!
We wrapped up the weekend visiting the square for some yaya's, of course!
